Job Resibonsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning & achieving the key factory KPI's set by management, i.e., Disassembly Rate(DR) & One time pass rate(New FPY).
2. New Product Introduction (NPI), Collaborate with cross functional & cross factory departments and promote relevant departments to solve problems to achieve the required target.
3. Communication with overseas team,
Engineering Team, Project Team, Software & Hardware Team for smooth deployment of improvements, Problem feedback and get improvements and solution for relevant Problems.
4. Lead the market failure analysis, arrange long term improvements from responsible departments.
5. Deal with product related problems across all areas, calmly handle major abnormal issue quickly, Maintain the production efficiency with quality.
6. Responsible for Process development and process standardization.
7.Responsible for process improvement.
Incoming material quality improvement. Software & Design improvement.
8. Lead the maintenance of new models in India or mass-produced models, manage the model PE team, arrange and manage their work, and
achieve model pass-through rate and market indicators.
