Job Resibonsibilities:
1-Aware about working principles, electrical and mechanical schematics for Fuji NXT, BTU reflow, Speedline MPM, Parmi and Kohyoung SPI, Vi Tech and Jutze AOI Machines.
2-In-depth machine diagnosis for corrective actions on machine breakdown. 4-Aware about OEE, MTTR, MTBF, TPM procedures.
3-Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance for all SMT equipment's, design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
principles. 5-Aware about basic PLC programming.
6-Familiar to different industrial stands like 5S, 4M, PDCA, TQM, Kaizen
8-Responsible for SMT line Equipment down time and production achievements, ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and
equipment in case of breakdowns.
9-Responsible for SMT Line Installation and Equipment Working conditions.
10-Improve health and safety policies and
11-To prepare, implement and monitor the
whole SMT assembly process.
12-Responsible for SMT line Equipment down time and production achievements, Drive quality improvement projects and participate in RCA and process improvement projects
13-To deal with process abnormities, machine
diagnosis for corrective actions on machine breakdown.
14-To improve pass rate and decrease rejection
rate;
15-Familiar to different industrial stands like 5S, 4M, PDCA, TQM, Kaizen
16-To set process parameters.
17-To evaluate new components and new
process.
18-Team leadership, manpower planning and management, organizing team building activities.
