Salary and Facility
For ITI - Rs 1st Year - Rs.11000/- P.M. and 2nd Year – 10% Stipend Increased.
For 10th, 12th - Rs 1st Year - Rs.10250/- P.M. and 2nd Year – 10% Stipend Increased
Facility - Canteen - Lunch or Dinner in duty hours + 2 Tea - Both Costs will be borne by the company, with no deduction from the Apprentices. Insurance Cover - Provided by the Company, the Extended Benefit of ESIC - Both parts will be borne by the company, with no Deduction from Apprentices.
Punctuality Award - As per Company Policy. (Zero Absent accept Weekly Off) Upto Zero Leaves- 600/-; Upto 1 Leave - Rs.500/-; Upto 2 Leaves - Rs.400/-, Above 2 Leaves - NIL
Incentive - As per Company Policy.
