Experience- 1-5 years in same field
Job responsibilities:-
This is for SMT testing profile
* Knowledge of SMT Process
* Knowledge RF instruments like CMW 500/100,
Agilent 8960
* Knowledge of Axxon Glue Machine i
* Knowledge of Getech PCB Cutting Machine * Hand on working experience of PCB Repairing
* Knowledge about process like Root Cause
Analysis, Process Improvement * Hand on working knowledge in
Process/Maintenance
* PE engineer in analyzing and processing defective machine to increase production line
pass rate and line Stabilization. * Analyze the top defects causing the
breakdown and solve them.
* PE engineer to optimize equipment stability and pass-through rate/FPY
* Improve quality efficiency Collect each and
every defects from all testing lines and analyze
it properly and solve it. Everyday discuss all
issues with NPI leader.
